I ask athletes to join with a three-month minimum financial commitment to see if coaching works for you and to cover the time spent on onboarding and for the training process education. I ask athletes to have a long-term focus so if you are planning on signing up for coaching for an event in as little as 2-3 months time, this is not going to be enough time to develop your endurance foundation effectively. For upcoming goals or races, coaching is best started 12-months out to see significant progress over your previous results. I've seen significant improvements in athletes I coach in years 2 and 3, and this is expected by placing a strong emphasis on developing the foundation for fitness and eradicating any bad habits, while working on developing all your capacities across my 12 established Fast-Protocols:

Payment can be made in Canada via Interac e-transfer. I have a Wise International Banking account so I can also accept local bank deposits in multiple countries and currencies without additional fees for you (AUD, USD, GBP etc...) - please enquire. Payment in cryptocurrency also accepted.
